I have used this for about three years maybe even more now and I absolutely love it. There are things that I wish it would do like I wish you could enhance video without ruining the sound or features of the original video but they are right on it all the time trying to make it better And it’s really pretty great!

Probably needs an update but the app keeps crashing.. on both of my phones! Please fix!

Though I love this app I love it more when it works properly which is almost never does. I’ve asked for tech support and I get a ride know it all who loves their own voice more than helping me…. I DONT even know who to ask anymore. Does anybody even read this stuff!!!

None of the packages I bought will load. Are you scamming me??

There’s an error message that says there was an error in processing my photos please fix that please then I will give your app a five star rating! I’ve been on this app before but it looks even better just need to get over this hump!

App keeps crashing

I’ve been using this app for a few years and I continue to discover new tricks and techniques when playing around with its tools. Watching tutorials helped in the beginning, but the most useful activity has been simply experimenting and trying things. It’s way more powerful than I initially thought it would be. Highly recommended.

A lot of times I just can’t add a new photo

The support seems to not be there. An effect I paid for has not downloaded for 3 days now and I can’t get a straight answer as to why.

App won’t let me edit any photos at all! Keeps saying to make sure I have enough storage on my device. I have a 256gb phone with half that left! I paid to have the water Mark removed and for what?!

YOU GUYS REALLY HAVE TO FIX THIS APP !! Is acting up can’t delete the app because I have invested in this app way to much UPDATE Again where my projects goooooo this is the 2nd time it happens !!!! What the heck happened to all my projects that I have done they’re all gone! Last night I used the app they were there and now they are not where did they GO !! .

Why is it asking me to purchase the watermark removal again? I had purchased the watermark removal all ready. please fix this.. freezes on screen when asked to remove it..

Any word on when and where the contests will resume? It would be nice to get those going again.

I absolutely love this app. I’m addicted and make on average 3 videos a day. There are only a few features I’m seeing on other apps which I use to do some work before importing into Werble as well as some limitations in Werble that I am hoping one day they are able to address. It would be great if there was a cutout feature so you could trim backgrounds out. Also if we were able to adjust the speed on a pulse frame with more increments that would help match timing for music for example. Also for the pulse filters if there was one that would spin an object vertical like a top (right now it works to spin like a clock face) that would be awesome. Keep up the great work and I hope to see this app for MacBook one day.

I used to love this app. Been using it for a few years to do animated projects for my music. But today, I went to log in to make a new project and two huge issues seems to be present. First, a bunch of my projects are missing. Not projects I deleted or anything. But projects I regularly come back to and make additional changes and saves to. Just seem to be gone. Checked both of my iPads I have Werble on. And they seem to be missing on both. But not all projects are gone. Just all of my earlier projects. Second, a bunch of the packs I previously purchased are now showing I haven’t purchased them. I have spent quite a bit of money on this app, buying a lot of their packs. And now, the purchases appear to be gone. I felt like last time I logged in a few months ago, some were missing then. But I didn’t remember for sure. Now I know I was missing packs then too. The reason I know, is some of the packs showing not purchased now, I previously used in my projects. So I know for a fact they are gone. This is really infuriating. And if this is not repaired and resolved, I will be done using Werble ever again. And I will be reaching out to Apple and my credit card company Ah to cancel the charges for those previously purchased packs. This is unacceptable…

Insanely amazing to use. Every aspect. It just won’t load; at least not for ~7mins.

Werble is a fun and creative editing App. There’s a bit of a learning curve with all of the features, but it is definitely worth the time and patience. Be sure to watch the videos to get a quick start on basic techniques!

Why does Werble watermark show up a year after I paid full price to have it removed??

Leaving 5 stars so it shows up for more people, but this app is kinda terrible. I have 2T of storage on my phone which I have not even come close to using up, yet this editing app is the ONLY ONE giving me error messages saying I don’t have enough stage space. I pay for plenty of other apps, and even have some free ones. This should not be an issue

Although I usually work with 16:9, this app is amazing, love it. I beg of you, please… Create some of the following suggestion Packs: 1. True Crime 3. Paranormal 3. Cryptid 4. Crime Forensics

I’ve been using this app for quite some time now and created one of the best cinemagraphs with the app. I like that that the developer didn’t turned to a subscription business like most developers, I admired them for that. I will continue to support them by buying elements from their store in the app.

I used to love this app but now it doesn’t download all the previews purchases that it’s in my account.😒

I’ve loved, recommended and shared this app for many years. I got a new iPad this week and it’s all gone. Quite a bit of money when you add it up over time. Now I have a watermark and none of the purchases I’ve made. I have receipts of the aliens, but non of the others. Very horrifying… feels like a rip off !

I paid to remove watermarks on my photos. The app just spun. The charge went through on my credit card but I can’t access this feature. I deleted the app and reinstalled, clicked “Restore Purchases” and same thing, just sits and spins. Garbage.

Your titles fonts need to be updated. Like layers can be adjusted, tilting like other apps and different fonts styles and languages. Your font app is limited Languages like Unicode fonts languages. I used Phonto & Vont Unicode fonts texts in my own language. Hope Werble can make that too. Meme is fixed can’t use. If you’re really listen. Just wasted $5 trying to repurchase and redownload the Halloween effects it’s been an hour it’s not loading smh this app is trash now and I’m doing a chargeback for my money back

Have always loved this app. However, I’m no longer able to download new or previously purchased effects. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and currently lost everything. I have plenty of room on my phone… seems to be buggy lately.

I’ve been a loyal user of Werble and use it for everything. After purchasing the iPhone 14, I have been unable to restore all of my previously purchased effects. I’m not going to purchase them all over again, I’ll find another app if this can’t be fixed.

None of my purchases will download. Just stuck in a perpetual getting started state. I’ve checked my connections and restarted my phone and everything.

All the money I spent downloading packs and nothing downloads at all. It just stays with the circles like others have said, this is unacceptable.

Removed My Werble and had to re download and as i try to restore all of my previous pursheses it stays thinking and going in circle and it times out. I have read many going thru the same experience. Werble creators needs to address this.

PLEASE UPDATE FOR IOS 16!!! I have purchased a lot of extra content within this app that I cannot use now that I have updated to IOS 16. I utilize this app a lot and was very disappointed after the update. I cannot restore any of my previous purchases nor can I remove the watermark(which I purchased also!) Please update the app. I would have given a 5star rating but for now it will be a 1 until this app is updated. The developer has to keep up…especially if people are paying🎯

Seems weird not one single person has complained about an issue paying for the removal of the watermark but NOT getting the watermark removed.

I love almost all the features of this app so I purchased mostly all of the features/packs including the “Remove Watermark” to permanently remove the watermark but it’s not letting me remove it. It has no issues before but when they add some of the new features, it’s not letting me anymore remove the watermark.

I haven’t used this app in a little while.. decided to play around with it again but when I go to save as video.. it’s stuck on “preparing video”. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled.. still doing the same thing.
